Working in partnership with design consultants Jenner Jones, the project in Lee Green High Road consists of the vacant properties receiving electrical and mechanical installations to all properties, plus the full install of kitchens and bathrooms, and new flooring and complete decoration.

In addition, a new communal area will be formed, consisting of key workers accommodation, an administration room and communal laundry.

PHB Director, Stephen Payton said: "We are delighted to yet again, be working alongside Jenner Jones on another project.

"This latest refurbishment is already underway and due for completion during March 2012."
