The project was undertaken by PHB Construction on behalf of Evolution Health, who are an exciting partnership formed by DMC Healthcare and Princess Street Group Practice; two Southwark based practices providing care to over 45,000 patients.

This particular "drop-in" medical centre is based in the heart of a busy community in Thamesmead, London and consists of four consulting rooms, a treatment room, a shower area and four WCs. The construction met DDA requirements and was achieved using specialised partitioning; consisting of sound rated glass frontage to all rooms.

PHB Construction Director, Steve Payton said: "Along with Evolution Health, we are all extremely pleased with the completion of this project. Our biggest challenge was the 12 week deadline, but our team surpassed this and as a result the medical centre could become fully operational to the public."
