The Porsche Carrera Cup GB will again be one of the most important and prestigious race championships in Britain and will be a major support race to the MSA British Touring Car Championship.

The new season will be the eighth year of Carrera Cup in Britain, modelled on Porsche's long-established world-wide Carrera Cup concept. Equal cars, close and exciting racing and first-class facilities for teams and drivers all add to the strength of the championship.

PHB will be featured throughout the 10-weekend schedule, which starts in April 2010 and ends in October 2010. Leading circuits in Britain including Donington Park, Brands Hatch, Silverstone and Oulton Park are all featured during the season.

A capacity field of 28 cars, each delivering 420 horsepower, will ensure that the Porsche Carrera Cup GB is the fastest one-make sports and GT series in Britain.
