The full refurbishment of several housing properties for the client; Viridian Housing. The works included on-site asbestos tests within the properties. Any identified asbestos was removed by a licensed contractor. PHB were then able to undertake a full refurbishment programme, which included the upgrading of the properties mechanical, electrical installations and full internal–external refurbishment to decent home standards. Completing a quality driven project speedily to ensure the client was handed a property to decent homes standards in the shortest possible time, in order to allow the properties to be allocated for rental in the social housing sector. A highly finished and delivered project on time and on budget, whilst meeting the clients expectations.
