Works consisted of refurbishment to w/c areas and fire upgrades to existing doors within the schools. Works consisted of the refurbishment of five w/c areas within the school, The fit out works undertaken by PHB Construction was the installation of mechanical ventilation and new sanitryware, new tiling works throughout and new altro flooring, new cubicle systems, new plumbing installation consisted of using armitage shanks sanitryware and sensor flow taps to help combat water wastage and specially designed corian troughs.

During the above works we also undertook the upgrade of several internal doors to meet fire regulations. To make sure the contracts were complete on time during a very tight schedule so the schools could reopen on time after the summer holidays. A satisfied client who can confirm all works were complete on time and to a high standard.
