Design and build pharmacy unit with a provision of further expansion of this commercial building. Works consisted of the design & build required in transforming an empty commercial property into a pharmacy. The fit out works also included PHB undertaking the installation of mechanical ventilation, heating and the electrical services of the building and the design of fit out works was designed to ensure that floor space was utilised to a maximum which ensured our client could stock their premises to capitalise on the pharmacy’s potential revenue, without compromising on the appearance of the new commercial outlet. Ensuring the design was in keeping with the adjoining medical practice and meeting the client’s commercial requirements on a fixed budget. A satisfied client who is happy to confirm on time on budget on a project which has met their stringent quality requirements.
