PHB Construction Ltd has grown from a small, Kent based family run business that was founded in 1949 by John Humphreys, to what we are today an expanding Construction company with a multimillion pound turnover which has undertaken work that has covered the M25, London and the Home Counties.

Acting as Employer's Agents for Genesis Housing Association on a residential development of 15 flats for rent in Hackney, we negotiated a completion contract with PHB Construction further to the main contractor going into administration. We found PHB Construction's 'can do' attitude refreshing and this undoubtedly assisted in ensuring that the many inherited problems were overcome cost effectively.
